2. Eligibility

• Provide accurate, complete information
• Fraudulent or illegal activity may result in termination

3. Account Responsibilities

• Secure login credentials
• Responsible for all account activity
• Account sharing prohibited
• Violations may result in suspension or termination

4. Use of Services

• Services are for networking and digital card sharing
• NFC/QR sharing is voluntary
• Prohibited: spam, harassment, scraping, illegal activity

5. Intellectual Property

• TAPNETT owns software, logos, branding
• User-generated content remains user-owned, but TAPNETT has license to display in Services
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited

6. Third-Party Services

• Services may integrate third-party tools (payments, analytics, cloud storage)
• TAPNETT not liable for third-party policies

7. Account & Data Deletion

• Users may request deletion anytime
• TAPNETT removes all account data permanently within 7–30 days

8. Limitation of Liability

• Services provided “as is”
• TAPNETT not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No guarantee of uptime or data accuracy

9. Compliance & Security

• Adheres to global standards.
• Uses encryption, access control, monitoring

10. Amendments

• Terms may be updated; notifications via email/app
• Continued use indicates acceptance
